Protection Plan regarding COVID-19
- We have two doorways to our practice : you will arrive through the entrance straight into our waiting room. In most cases, you will wait alone for your appointment. The Physiotherapist will then greet you from a further isolated room. After your treatment you will leave through the second door, and therefore will not re-enter the waiting room;
- At the practice, only those persons required to accompany the patient will be admitted ;
- The chairs in the waiting room have been spaced out by at least 2m in case there is more than one person waiting at a time;
- You will find hand sanitizer gel at your disposal upon entry;
- If you feel at all unwell, kindly call to rearrange your appointment;
- Anything that may be touched by patients or personnel will be regularly disinfected ;
- Any contact areas on the chairs, for example , armrests, will be regularly disinfected ;
- All toys, newspapers, magazines, etc. have been removed from the waiting area ;
- Before we start the day, all our rooms will be aired;
- At all times, your physiotherapist will wear a protective mask;
- We ask our clients to wear a protective mask as well in the treatment room.
